Due to the disruption caused by the closure of UK airspace the bmibaby team have received a large amount of customer queries and refund requests. Our turnaround time is currently 45 working days.
If customers would like to apply for a refund they can write to: bmibaby customer relations, PO Box 737, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2XP.

We would ask passengers not to resubmit your claim within this timeframe as this may lead to further delay.
Passengers who have requested a refund on their flights via post or phone will automatically be refunded within 45 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to respond to individual letters at this busy time. We advise passengers to check their bank statements on a regular basis. If the card that you originally purchased your flights with has expired please contact our reservations centre on 0844 2450055 to provide us with updated card details.
