There are two ways to book your bmibaby flight: direct on our website (www.bmibaby.com) or through one of the bmibaby call centres.

All bookings and changes made using a credit card are subject to a processing fee of £5.00 per passenger per one way flight. Bookings made using a debit card are subject to a processing fee of £3.50 per passenger per one way flight. Please note a minimum processing fee of £4.00 for debit card bookings and £6.50 for credit card bookings applies. FlyPlus and FlyExtra passengers will not be charged for credit or debit card fees or processing fees.

There is no charge for payments made using a visa electron card

 

bmibaby accepts infants aged between 7 days and 2 years of age. Infants may fly for an administration fee of £25 per sector. The responsible adult will receive an additional 5kg of free baggage allowance. Only one infant per adult is permitted. Children over 2 years of age pay the same fare as adults and, if not already reserved, are allocated a dedicated seat at check-in. All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. Children between the ages of 6 months and 3 years are permitted to travel in a forward facing car seat that is approved by the CAA and meets certain requirements. The child in the car seat will need to pay the same as an adult fare.

bmibaby is a ticketless airline, therefore all you need to travel is your confirmation booking reference number and the relevant photographic identification (click here to check acceptable forms of photographic identification).

Your booking confirmation and reference number will be sent to you via email if booked on the website, or via email/post if booked via the call centre. If you provided an email address with your booking it will be used for all future communication with you, including any changes and additional information on your flights. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you check your email on a regular basis and also notify the bmibaby call centre should your email address change (0905 8282828, calls cost 65p per minute from a BT Landline. Calls from mobiles and other networks will be considerably more). Passengers are required to check their itinerary online at least 48 hours before departure.
